Consistent performance, useful updates

This isn't my first time with LaunchNotes. We've been using it for about a year now, mainly for our product roadmap and internal communications. This last purchase was for adding multi-product support, and it worked just as smoothly as previous additions. The platform is consistently reliable; never had any downtime issues. It's a key part of our GTM alignment now. Good to see they keep adding useful features without breaking anything.

Pretty easy to get started

Signed up for LaunchNotes to manage our product updates. It was surprisingly straightforward to set up, even for someone not super techy. I integrated it with Slack without any drama, which was a big plus. The team picked it up fast. Everything just worked, which is always nice.

Good value with annual plan

I was looking for a product communication tool and found LaunchNotes. The 20% off annual plan really sealed the deal for me. It felt like a good investment for what I'm getting, especially with all the features included. Happy with the overall value.

Solid tool, minor hiccup

We started using LaunchNotes for our release notes and customer notifications. The custom branding option was great, and the analytics dashboard has been really useful for tracking engagement. Delivery of notifications via email and in-app worked well. My only small issue was with setting up a custom domain initially; it took a bit longer than I expected to get it configured correctly, but support eventually helped me sort it out. Overall, it's a very practical solution that's improved our communication flow.
